TRANSPORT
All shipments dispatched by Oriel Flues Ltd with a Nett value of €300 (Ex Vat) or less will be subject to a Courier charge.

SHORTAGES
Oriel Flues Ltd must be notified in writing of all shortages on deliveries within 5 days of Delivery Docket Date.

DAMAGES
All goods when delivered must be inspected for damage. All damages must be reported to Oriel Flues Ltd. and recorded for on courieres delivery docket. Oriel Flues Ltd will not be responsible after delivery has been signed for.

GOODS RETURNED
All goods returned to Oriel Flues Ltd are subject to 15% re stocking charge. Goods when returned by customer and inspected for damages will be credited to customers account.

SPECIALS
Specials ordered by customer and manufactured to customers specification cannot be returned. A signed sketch drawing showing all dimensions clearly must be provided before Oriel Flues Ltd will process order.
